What size do you sell?

We sell Girls Sizing AUS size 4 - 14. Please refer to our size guide. If you would like further advice on sizing please use the contact form.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, ShopPay

How do I apply a promo code?

On the checkout page, enter your promo code under the 'Discount Code' field. Please note that only one discount can be applied per order, and each discount has one use per customer.

No further discounts apply to sale items and within sale periods.

What currency will I be charged in?

We process all orders in AUD. The cart content may display in several currencies, but you will check out using AUD at the most current exchange rate.

When will I receive my item?

All orders placed before 4pm AEST, these will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

For Australia Express Post items within a guaranteed network area will usually arrive within 1-4 Business days.

How do I track my item?

Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers upon fulfilment of the order. If you haven't received an email please check your spam folder.

How do I wash my garments?

Our items can be quite delicate, so please follow our care instructions. Hand wash all AnniWear activewear pieces in cold water, using a delicate detergent, and don't tumble dry.

We do recommend items are washed with like colours. Simply line dry your garments out of direct sunlight. Do not bleach iron or dry clean the clothing. Follow these instructions and your cherished items will last a long time.

For clothing products like the T Shirts and Hoodies, these can be warm ironed if needed.

Avoid the tumble dryer on all our products because it can cause shrinkage, and damage prints, logos and elastics under long periods of heated temperatures.

Can I return an item?

All returns can be self managed via the Returns Portal here

We want you to be happy with your purchase so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied*, please return the item unworn, all tags intact and in original condition, within 30 days of receipt for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT.

*This excludes any on sale, discounted item, or Promo Code use at checkout.

What can I do if I receive a damaged item?

We're so sorry about that! Even though we make every effort to ensure this never happens, if you do receive a damaged item or encounter a manufacturing fault please contact us immediately.

Please note, faulty items must be faulty by manufacture. If the item has been worn, has stains, or has been damaged due to misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents, then it cannot be classified as faulty by manufacture, and therefore can't be exchanged, refunded, or replaced.

If you believe you satisfy a manufacture fault, please upload details to our Returns Portal and provide us with your:

- Order number

- Brief description of the problem

- Photos of the Issue

The faulty item will be assessed and if approved, it must be returned within 30 days of receipt of purchase for a full refund.

What is a Preorder and when will it be sent?

When you pre-order an item, your size is guaranteed on the spot. Pre-orders will be dispatched to customers who have placed a pre-order before stock is available to the general public.

Items marked with a Pre-Order will be dispatched from AnniWear once they become available. For more information, please refer to the individual product details.
