AnniWear can ship overseas and within Australia. We offer local delivery to postcode 4566, flat rate shipping, express and tracking with each order. 

Postal Delivery & Time Frames:

All orders placed before 4pm AEST, these will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

For Australia Express Post items within a guaranteed network area will usually arrive within 1-4 Business days.

Returns

All returns can be self managed via the Customers Account. Request a Return here

We want you to be happy with your purchase so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied*, please return the item unworn, all tags intact and in original condition, within 30 days from purchase for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT.  A Pre-Paid Return Label will be provided once the Return request is approved. The customer maintains responsibility of any returned goods until they arrive back to our store.

*Sale items cannot be exchanged UNLESS faulty, so please ensure you order the correct size.

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving them.

Any item damaged, not in its original condition, missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or are returned more than 30 days from receipt of purchase, can unfortunately not be refunded or exchanged. 

Fault

If you have a fault with your AnniWear item, please contact us here with details of the order, receipt or proof of purchase, item and photos of the fault. An assessment will be undertaken and if approved we’ll provide you with a Pre-Paid Return Label to return the items to our store. Once the item is returned within 30 days of purchase, we can offer you an exchange, store credit, or a full refund (minus shipping).
